The Bowling 45 bag pays tribute to the world of travel so dear to Maison Goyard. It was designed to meet the need for flexible luggage and lighter travel accessories, driven in particular by the rise in air travel in the 1950s. It is named after a type of travel bag called "Bowling", used to carry bowling balls in the 1830s in the United States.
